These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Playbii (the "Site"), operated byFirebird Games ApS. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

• attempt to bypass security, access non-public areas, or scrape the Site in bulk; or
• remove or obscure any advertising, notices, or attribution.

Intellectual property

The games, artwork, logos, and other content on the Site are owned by Firebird Games ApS or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Aside from the limited license above, no rights are granted to you.

Advertising

The Site is supported by advertising. Ads may be served by third parties, and we are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or the sites they link to.

No warranty

The Site and games are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that game progress saved in your browser will always be preserved.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Firebird Games ApS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date above shows when they last changed.
